The Experience
An Evening Unfolds
It begins in an enchanted garden with a cocktail in your hand and ends somewhere you didn't know dinner could take you. Guests are seated in what appears to be a boutique hotel restaurant until the ground trembles, water floods the space, and their tables drift apart across a submerged stage.
A lighthouse descends from above. The outside world disappears. What follows is an evening stranded afloat with an eccentric cast of characters: a lonely lighthouse keeper, lovers locked in tango, an opera singer shedding her secrets.
Every course is a scene, every plate is a provocation, and the food is as much the star as the performers surrounding you. Guests don't watch the show. They are the show. Contemporary, sophisticated, and bold, Di Luce is an evening you will feel long after you leave.

The outdoor expression. An open-air adaptation designed for waterfront settings, from lakes and lagoons to coastal venues, where the natural landscape becomes part of the performance.
